“Why do you think society put so much burden on the younger generation’s shoulder?”

It is that moment of time where she started to contemplate the unfairness of society. Feeling low and desperate because no future seems to be clear yet the wind become so much stronger both on the bottom and the upper trunk. And now, again she is expected to hold on, without slowing down nor falling on the ground.

“Why do they want us to be quick? Quickly grow? Quickly become a master? Quickly produce a new human being? Quickly doing, everything?” She mutters.

“Life is more peaceful by slowly waddling in the river, with funny swimming posture sometimes” She chuckles.

“But why, did they throw us on the deadly currents?” She looks up and stares at you in the eyes. Blurry tears threatening to fall, but she keeps it strong. So strong just like how she shoulder her burden and life, to keep staying sane amidst the hurricane.

“Why..?” A soft whisper.

She looks back at the closed window, with ices creeping on the frames and cold whistling in the wind.

“I wonder..”

A humm of melody start to spread in the quiet night. Full of sadness and disappointment. But between, heard a determination and persistence. To keep moving even not always forward.

To keep living, even with scratches and scars bleeding.

“God gave me the chance to perceive clarity, so never will I let it be ripped away from me”

Means, God allows me to understand my own pace, my own dream. So I will never let society take it away from me.
